​In Person classes are currently suspended whilst I am away travelling. I am taking some time out to explore the world staying at yoga centres/ashrams and using the opportunity to deepen my personal practice.

In  March 2025 I will be taking a group of students to North India for a spiritual and cultural journey, you can find out more about that here. The 2025 departure is now full, so watch this space for 2026 news!
