Terms and Conditions
CLASSES
Private one to one classes need to be pre-booked and paid for via the bank details provided. Class bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance. For any cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or if you don’t turn up to the class, you will be charged the full fee.
BLOCK TERM BOOKINGS
For my private classes, block term passes are assigned to individual client accounts and cannot be shared between clients. Subject to any statutory right of cancellation (i.e. in the case of a class having to be cancelled for any reason), payments for block term bookings are non-refundable.
WORKSHOPS / EVENTS
When booking a workshop or yoga day, we will only offer a full refund (less a 10% admin fee) when cancelling more than 28 days before the beginning of the event. For any other cancellations there will be no refunds or transfers unless your place can be filled from a waiting list in which case we will refund the fee (less a 20% admin fee). If the workshop or yoga day is cancelled the ticket holders will be offered either a cash refund or the option of being transferred into an alternative event.
ONLINE CLASSES OR SERIES OF CLASSES
Please note no refund will be offered for non attendance if the sessions are being recorded and offered as uploaded classes on you tube or similar.
