New Year is a time for resolutions and what if your resolution is to make more time for yoga.
Personally, I find I can commit 30 - 60 minutes a day to my yoga practice if I get up earlier and do my practice before work. Some days I might only manage 15 - 20 mins and that's fine for me, even with a shorter practice I notice how it sets me up for the day and I move through the day with more ease.
However, that time of the day may not work for you depending on your lifestyle, job and other commitments, so find a time that you can dedicate to yourself whenever it works for you.
