ALI:
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience on the North India yoga retreat with Theresa and Beccy. The tour was thoughtfully curated to ensure a perfect mix of yoga, meditation, sightseeing, and cultural experiences. With optional activities tailored to our energy levels, incredible food, and insights into local traditions, I always felt safe and heard. The program was flexible, adapting to our needs, especially when some of us needed a break. The short hikes to temples and the peaceful countryside were a highlight—such a beautiful contrast to the cities.
ZSUSZA:

JACKY:

Having never done a group trip or been to India, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The trip was well-organized, with plenty to see and do. You need an open mind to embrace everything. You don’t have to be a yoga expert—Theresa’s approach is flexible and works for all levels. The sightseeing was incredible. In just two weeks, I felt like I got a real taste of India. It’s busy, noisy, and overwhelming at times, but fascinating. The temples and rituals were endless, and the passion of the Indian people is infectious. There are plenty of moments to pause and reflect. We traveled by minibus from city to city—long journeys that offered a great way to see the country. It might not be for everyone, but I felt safe throughout. Things may not always go as planned in India, but there’s always a solution. I highly recommend the trip.
